1. The first step is to sign our Buyer Agency Agreement. New Jersey requires a signed agreement between the buyer and the broker at the onset of the business relationship. This can be cancelled any time.  

2. Open houses are the best opportunity to see the property. You can search for open houses on Realtor.com or Zillow. Always sign in using your agent's name and always disclose that you are working with an agent. If you need to make an appointment to see the property, please contact me to schedule it.

3. Contact me for all questions about the property. Contacting or working with the listing agent directly can jeopardize your ability to receive closing credits.
